	<b>ก. ข้อมูลทั่วไป</b>
	</p>
	<p>
	ชาวไทยที่อาศัยและทำงานอยู่ในประเทศเยอรมนีที่ไม่สามารถเดินทางกลับประเทศไทยไปดำเนินเรื่องต่อทางราชการในประเทศไทย 
	(เป็นต้นว่า ขอหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพสมรส แจ้งบันทึกฐานะทางครอบครัวหลังการสมรส/หลังการหย่า)
	สามารถมอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นที่บรรลุนิติภาวะแล้ว เช่น ญาติพี่น้องหรือเพื่อน ไปดำเนินการแทนได้ โดยต้องมายื่นคำร้องขอมอบอำนาจด้วยตัวเองที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ
	ไม่สามารถยื่นคำร้องทางไปรษณีย์ได้แต่อย่างใด
	</p>

	<li><b>ผู้รับมอบอำนาจ</b>
	<br>
	ผู้มอบอำนาจต้องทราบชื่อผู้รับมอบอำนาจและที่อยู่ ตามที่ปรากฏในบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนอย่างชัดเจน
	<p></p>
	<li><b>เอกสารหลักในการมอบอำนาจ</b>
	<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
	<li>หนังสือเดินทาง
	<li>ทะเบียนบ้านไทย
	<li>บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน
	<li>ใบแสดงถิ่นที่อยู่ในเยอรมนี (Meldebest&auml;tigung) (หากมี)
	</li>
	</ul>
	
	</p>
	<p>
	เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถเรียกเอกสารอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติมได้แล้วแต่กรณี เช่น ใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ-นามสกุล เป็นต้น
      	</p>
	<p>
	จำนวนสำเนาของเอกสารหลักที่ต้องใช้ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนมอบอำนาจที่ต้องการทำ 
	โดยปกติแล้วต้องใช้สำเนาของเอกสารหลักและเอกสารเพิ่มเติมอื่น ๆ อย่างละ 2 ชุด ต่อการดำเนินเรื่องกับหน่วยงานราชการ 1 ที่   
	ผู้ยื่นคำร้องต้องเซ็นชื่อรับรองสำเนาทุกแผ่น

	<li>หากแต่งตามกฎหมายเยอรมัน <b>ทะเบียนสมรสเยอรมันและคำแปล</b>ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ
