	<b>ก. บุคคลสัญชาติไทย</b>
	</p>
	<p>
	หากบุคคลสัญชาติไทยเสียชีวิตในประเทศเยอรมนี ญาติพี่น้องหรือเพื่อนควรมาแจ้งการเสียชีวิตของบุคคลนั้น ๆ ที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ 
	โดยสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ จะออกมรณบัตรไทยให้โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมแต่อย่างใด และนำแจ้งการเสียชีวิตต่อหน่วยงานราชการไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องในลำดับต่อไป

	<p>
	สามารถมายื่นคำร้องแจ้งการเสียชีวิตด้วยตัวเองหรือทางไปรษณีย์ได้ โดยยื่นคำร้องพร้อมเอกสารและข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ 

	<ul>
	<li>หนังสือรับรองการตายที่บ่ง<b>สาเหตุการตายอย่างชัดเจน</b>
	<li>มรณบัตรเยอรมันตัวจริง 1 ฉบับ
	<li>หนังสือเดินทางตัวจริงของผู้ตาย 
	<li>สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือสำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน 1 ชุด
	<li>ชื่อตัวและนามสกุลของบิดามารดาผู้ตาย
	<li>อาชีพของผู้ตาย
	<li>สถานที่อยู่ก่อนตาย
	<li>สถานที่ตาย และระยะเวลาที่อยู่ในสถานที่ตาย
	<li>วิธีจัดการศพ (เก็บ เผา ฝัง หรือ อื่น ๆ) และสถานที่ฌาปณกิจศพ
	<li>ซองเปล่าติดแสตมป์ 4 ยูโร (ลงทะเบียน)
	<li>หากต้องการหนังสือรับรองนำอัฐิกลับประเทศไทย ให้แนบค่าธรรมเนียมหนังสือรับรอง ฯ มาด้วย 15 ยูโร 
	(ส่งเป็นเงินสดเท่านั้น)

	หากท่านต้องการนำอัฐิของผู้ตายไปประกอบพิธีทางศาสนาที่ประเทศไทย 
	ท่านต้องยื่นขอหนังสือรับรองนำอัฐิกลับประเทศไทยที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ด้วย 
	โดยต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมจำนวน 15 ยูโร  อนึ่ง หนังสือรับรองนี้โดยปกติแล้วจะออกพร้อมกับมรณบัตรไทย

	<p>
	<b>ข. บุคคลสัญชาติเยอรมันที่สมรสกับบุคคลสัญชาติไทย</b>

	</p>
	<p>บุคคลสัญชาติไทยที่มีคู่สมรสเป็นชาวเยอรมันและได้เสียชีวิตลง ต้องการนำอัฐิของคู่สมรสชาวเยอรมันกลับประเทศไทย
	สามารถยื่นขอหนังสือรับรองนำอัฐิกลับประเทศไทยที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ได้ โดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียม 15 ยูโร
	<p>
	เอกสารประกอบที่ต้องยื่นมีดังนี้

	</p>
	<ul>
	<li>มรณบัตรเยอรมันตัวจริง 1 ฉบับ
	<li>สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของผู้ตาย 1 ฉบับ 
	<li>สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง และ สำนาทะเบียนบ้านไทยหรือบัตรประชาชนของคุ่สมรสชาวไทย 1 ฉบับ 
	<li>หนังสือรับรองจากวัดที่ประเทศไทยที่จะนำอัฐิไปบรรจุไว้
	<li>ซองเปล่าติดแสตมป์ 4 ยูโร (ลงทะเบียน)
	<li>ค่าธรรมเนียมหนังสือรับรองนำอัฐิกลับประเทศไทย 15 ยูโร (ส่งเป็นเงินสดเท่านั้น) 
	</li>
