						<b>หนังสือขอผ่อนผันการเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหาร</b>
						</p>


	
	<p>
	       
	<b>ก. กฎหมายการเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหาร</b>
	</p>
	<p> 
	กฎหมายไทยกำหนดให้ชายสัญชาติไทยที่มีอายุครบ 21 ปี บริบรูณ์ ต้องเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหาร
	</p>
	<p>
	ซึ่งหมายรวมถึงชายสัญชาติไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศเยอรมนีด้วย เมื่อมีอายุตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด 
	ต้องไปเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหารทหารที่ประเทศไทย หากไม่ปฏิบัติตาม ถือมีความผิดกฎหมาย 
	</p>
	<p>
	ชายสัญชาติไทยที่มีอายุครบ 21 ปีบริบูรณ์ สามารถขอเข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารเกณฑ์ด้วยความสมัครใจได้
	</p>
	<p>
	<b>ข. ระเบียบการตรวจเลือกบุคคลเข้ารับราชการทหาร</b>
	</p>
<p>
	เมื่ออายุย่างเข้า 18 ชายสัญชาติไทยต้องไปแสดงตนเพื่อลงบัญชีทหารกองเกิน 
	โดยแสดงหลักฐาน<b>สูติบัตร</b>หรือ<b>บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน</b>และ<b>สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน</b>ต่อสัสดีท้องที่ด้วยตนเอง
	ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถไปยื่นเอกสารด้วยตนเอง สามารถมอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นที่บรรลุนิติภาวะแล้วไปแจ้งแทนได้
	ถ้าไม่ไปแสดงตนหรือไม่มีผู้ไปแจ้งแทน ถือว่า ผู้นั้นหลีกเลี่ยงขัดขืนไม่ไปลงบัญชีทหารกองเกิน
</p>

<p>
	และเมื่ออายุครบ 21 ปีบริบูรณ์ ต้องเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเพื่อเป็นทหารตามภูมิลำเนาที่ตนมีชื่อในทะเบียนบ้าน
	</p>
	<p>
	สำหรับชายสัญชาติไทยที่กำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการเรียนหรือการศึกษา 
	สามารถขอผ่อนผันเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหารได้ โดยยื่นขอต่อสัสดีท้องที่ที่ตนมีชื่อในทะเบียนบ้านด้วยตนเอง 
	หรือ มอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นที่บรรลุนิติภาวะไปยื่นแทนได้ 
	</p>
	<p>
	อนึ่ง เหตุผลอื่น ๆ ที่นอกเหนือไปจากการศึกษาเล่าเรียนไม่สามารถขอผ่อนผันเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหารได้ 
	</p>
	<p>

	<b>ค. การขอผ่อนผันเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหาร</b>
	</p>
	
	การขอผ่อนผันเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหารต้องยื่นขอด้วยตนเองต่อสัสดีท้องที่ที่ตนมีชื่อทะเบียนบ้าน 
	หรือ มอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นที่บรรลุนิติภาวะไปยื่นขอผ่อนผันได้ โดยต้องยื่นเอกสารแสดงต่อสัสดีท้องที่ดังนี้ 	       
	      </p>
	   
	<ol>
	<li>หนังสือรับรองการเรียนหรือการศึกษาจากสถาบันการศึกษาที่ตนกำลังศึกษาเล่าเรียนอยู่ 
	โดยต้องระบุรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้
	
	<p>
	<ul>
	<li>ชื่อและนามสกุลของนักเรียน/นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาเล่าเรียนอยู่
	<li>วิชาที่เรียน/วิชาชีพที่เรียน/คณะที่เรียน 	
	<li>ชั้นที่เรียน/ปีการศึกษาที่เรียน 
	<li>วันเริ่มการเรียน/วันเริ่มการศึกษา 
	<li>วันที่คาดว่าจะจบการเรียน/การศึกษา
	</li>
	</ul>
	</p>
	<p>หากหนังสือรับรองนี้เป็นภาษาเยอรมัน ต้องได้รับการแปลเป็นภาษาไทยโดย<a href="../../de/
	translator/index.html">นักแปลภาษาไทยที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากศาลเยอรมัน</a> 
	หากเป็นภาษาอังกฤษไม่ต้องแปลเป็นภาษาไทยแต่อย่างใด
	</p>
 	<li>สำเนาใบสำคัญทหารกองเกิน (สด. 9) และสำเนาหมายเรียกเข้าตรวจรับราชการทหาร (สด. 35)
	<li>สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านไทย 
	<li>สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ถ้ามี)
	<li>สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง และ
	<li>หนังสือขอผ่อนผันเข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเข้ารับราชการทหาร ซึ่งออกโดยสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ
	<p>
	หนังสือขอผ่อนผันฯ นี้ ต้องยื่นคำร้องขอที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ด้วยตัวเองเท่านั้น โดยยื่นคำร้องพร้อมเอกสารประกอบดังนี้

	พร้อมคำแปล (หากเป็นภาษาเยอรมัน)
	<li>สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง 2 ชุด (หน้าที่มีรูปถ่ายและหน้าที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง)
	<li>สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน หรือ สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน 2 ชุด
	<li>ค่าธรรมเนียม 15 ยูโร
