	<p >
	หากท่านมีหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพสมรสจากอำเภอไทยมาแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหนังสือรับรองโสดไม่เคยแต่งงานมาก่อน 
	หรือ หนังสือรับรองโสดหลังการหย่า หรือ หนังสือรับรองโสดหลังคู่สมรสเสียชีวิต 
	และยังมีอายุตั้งแต่วันออกไม่เกิน 6 เดือน ท่านสามารถมายื่นคำร้องขอใบรับรองสถานภาพสมรสจากสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ได้
	</p>
	ท่านต้องมายื่นคำร้องด้วยตัวเอง พร้อมเอกสารประกอบต่อไปนี้ โดยเซ็นชื่อในสำเนาทุกฉบับ 
	(หากเป็นไปได้ให้นำเอกสารต้นฉบับตัวจริงมาด้วย)

<li>สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง 1 ชุด (ถ่ายสำเนาหน้าที่มีรูปถ่าย หน้าที่มีการต่ออายุ และหน้าที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อและนามสกุล) 
<li>สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านไทย 1 ชุด (หากทะเบียนบ้านไทยแปลเป็นภาษาเยอรมันแล้ว ให้ยื่นสำเนาคำแปลภาษาเยอรมันด้วย) 
<li>สำเนาบัตรประชาชนไทย 1 ชุด  
<li>สำเนาสูติบัตร หรือ สำเนาหนังสือรับรองการเกิด 1 ชุด   
<li>สำเนาหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพการสมรสจากประเทศไทย 1 ชุด 
(รับรองว่าเป็นโสดไม่เคยแต่งงานมาก่อน หรือ หลังหย่าไม่ได้แต่งงานอีกเลย หรือ หลังคู่สมรสเสียชีวิตไม่ได้แต่งงานอีกเลย) 
<b>ต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 6 เดือน</b>   
<li>สำเนาใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ หรือ ใบเปลี่ยนนามสกุล 1 ชุด (ถ้ามี) 
<li>สำเนาใบแสดงถิ่นที่อยู่ในเยอรมัน (Meldebest&auml;tigung) หรือ สำเนาหนังสือเชิญตัว 1 ชุด
<li>สำเนาสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของคู่หมั้น 1 ชุด  
<li>สำเนาใบแสดงถิ่นที่อยู่ในเยอรมัน (Meldebest&auml;tigung) ของคู่หมั้น 1 ชุด

<b>เอกสารเพิ่มเติม</b>
<ol>
<li> กรณีที่เคยหย่าร้าง
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>หนังสือสำคัญการหย่า หรือ คำพิพากษาหย่าที่มีผลบังคับใช้แล้ว
<li>หากเป็นหญิง ต้องมีหนังสือรับรองจากแพทย์ว่ามิได้ตั้งครรภ์ ถ้าหย่ายังไม่ครบ 310 วัน                       
นับตั้งแต่วันที่การหย่ามีผลบังคับใช้       
</li>
</ul>

<li>กรณีที่คู่สมรสเสียชีวิต
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>มรณบัตรคู่สมรสที่เสียชีวิต        
<li>ทะเบียนสมรส
<li>หากเป็นหญิง ต้องมีหนังสือรับรองจากแพทย์ว่ามิได้ตั้งครรภ์ ถ้าคู่สมสรสเสียชีวิตไม่เกิน 310 วัน

<li>กรณีอายุยังไม่ครบ 20 ปี บริบูรณ์
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>หนังสือยินยอมให้สมรสได้จากบิดามารดา หรือ ผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย ที่ขอมาจากอำเภอ      
</li>
</ul>

<p>
<b>ข้อแนะนำอื่น ๆ ที่ควรทราบ</b>
</p>
<ol>
<li>ถ้าหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพสมรส (รับรองโสด) จากอำเภอมีอายุมากกว่า 6 เดือน 
สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ไม่สามารถออกหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพสมรสของสถานกงสุลให้ได้
<li>เจ้าของเรื่องต้องมายื่นคำร้องด้วยตัวเอง ให้คนอื่นมายื่นแทนไม่ได้ 
และต้องมารับเอกสารด้วยตัวเอง เพราะต้องมาเซ็นชื่อในหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพสมรสของสถานกงสุลต่อหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่
<li>สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ไม่สามารถรับคำร้องขอหนังสือรับรองสมรสของสถานกงสุลที่มายื่นโดยผู้อื่นที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าของเรื่อง
<li>ก่อนแต่งงาาน ผู้ยื่นคำร้องควรทราบรายละเอียดการใช้นามสกุลตามกฎหมายไทย โดยดูข้อมูลที่
