						<b>การจดทะเบียนใช้ชีวิตสมรสของบุคคลเพศเดียวกันตามกฎหมายเยอรมัน</b>

	สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครแฟรงก์เฟิร์ต ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า 
	<b>กฎหมายไทยไม่ยอมรับการจดทะเบียนใช้ชีวิตสมรสของบุคคลเพศเดียวกันตามกฎหมายเยอรมัน</b> 
	(Lebenspartnerschaft) แต่อย่างใด 
	</p>
	<p>
	บุคคลสัญชาติไทยที่ได้จดทะเบียนใช้ชีวิตสมรสของบุคคลเพศเดียวกัน 
	จึงไม่สามารถแจ้งการจดทะเบียนดังกล่าวต่อหน่วยงานราชการไทยได้ เช่น 
	<b>ไม่สามารถมายื่นคำร้องขอเปลี่ยนนามสกุลตามคู่สมรสที่เป็นบุคคลเพศเดียวกันได้</b>
	</p>
	<p>
	สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ จึงขอแนะนำให้ท่านที่วางแผนจะจดทะเบียนใช้ชีวิตสมรสกับบุคคลเพศเดียวกันตามกฎหมายเยอรมันเลือกใช้นามสกุลเดิมของตนเป็น
	<b>"นามสกุลหลังการจดทะเบียนใช้ชีวิตสมรสของบุคคลเพศเดียวกัน"</b>
	เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาในการเปลี่ยนนามสกุล
