	      การรับรองใบสำคัญเยอรมันพร้อมคำแปลภาษาไทย เพื่อนำไปใช้ที่ประเทศไทย เช่น ใบสำคัญต่อไปนี้
	   
	    <p>
	      <ul style="list-style-type:disc">
		<li>ใบสำคัญการสมรสเยอรมันหรือสำเนาคัดจากทะเบียนการสมรสเยอรมัน (แบบหลายภาษา) พร้อมคำแปล
		<li>คำพิพากษาหย่าเยอรมัน  พร้อมคำแปล
		<li>มรณบัตรเยอรมัน พร้อมคำแปล
		<li>ใบสำคัญการแปลงสัญชาติเป็นเยอรมัน พร้อมคำแปล
	      </ul>
	    </p>
	    <p>
		ก่อนนำเอกสารดังกล่าวข้างต้นไปแปลเป็นภาษาไทย ต้องนำเอกสารดังกล่าวไปให้หน่วยงานราชการเยอรมันรับรองก่อน

		ยกเว้นคำพิพากษาหย่าเยอรมัน ไม่ต้องนำไปรับรองแต่อย่างใด แต่ต้องมีข้อมูลว่า 
		คำพิพากษาหย่ามี<b>ผลบังคับใช้</b>ตั้งแต่เมื่อใด

	  <li>การรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
		
	  <li>การรับรองลายมือชื่อ
		
	  <li>การรับรองเอกสารการค้าเยอรมัน (Free-Sale-Dokumenten)
	<p>
	เอกสารทางการค้าเยอรมัน (ทั้งที่เป็นภาษาเยอรมันหรือภาษาอังกฤษ) ต้องได้รับการรับรองจากหน่วยงานราชการเยอรมันที่เกี่ยวข้องมาก่อน
	(เช่นจาก สภาหออุตสาหกรรมและการค้า (IHK) สำนักงานระดับรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้านั้น หรือศาลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นต้น)
	</p>
	<p>
	สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ไม่สามารถรับรองเอกสารทางการค้าเยอรมันที่ไม่ได้รับรองจากหน่วยงานราชการเยอรมันมาก่อน	
	</p>
	<p>
	หากเอกสารการค้ามีคำแปลภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาไทยด้วย ต้นฉบับกับคำแปลต้องเย็บติดกัน 
	และ ล่ามผู้แปลต้องลงลายมือชื่อกำกับมุมที่เอกสารเย็บติดกันดัวย
	</p>
	<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
	<li>หากเป็นคำแปลภาษาอังกฤษ ลายมือชื่อล่ามต้องได้รับการรับรองจากโนตารี่พับลิค 
	และลายมือชื่อของโนตารี่พับลิคต้องได้รับการรับรองจากศาลที่โนตารี่พับลิคผู้นั้นมีชื่อในทะเบียนศาล ตามลำดับ

	<li>หากเป็นคำแปลภาษาไทย ต้องเป็นคำแปลจากล่ามภาษาไทยที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากศาล 
	ในกรณีนี้ไม่ต้องนำลายมือชื่อของล่ามภาษาไทยไปให้โนตารี่พับลิคหรือศาลรับรองแต่อย่างใด 
	สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ  มีรายชื่อล่ามภาษาไทยที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากศาล

		      <li>สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง หรือ สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน หรือ สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน 1 ชุด
		      <li>ซองเปล่าติดแสตมป์ 4 ยูโร
		    </ul>
		  </p>
		
	<li>เอกสารทางการค้าเยอรมัน
	<p>
	<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
	<li>เอกสารตัวจริงและสำเนา 1 ชุด
	<li>หนังสือจากบริษัท 
	<li>ซองเปล่าติดแสตมป์ 4 ยูโร หรือ ตามน้ำหนักของเอกสาร
	<br>หากเอกสารนั้น เจ้าหน้าที่ของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ฯ ไม่สามารถนำไปส่งยังที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ ฯ 
	จะแจ้งให้บริษัททราบ ทางบริษัทต้องมารับเอกสารดัวยตัวเองหรือส่งบริษัทรับส่งของ (Kurier) 
	มารับและต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจ่ายในการนี้เอง
