						<b>การยกเลิกพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล</b> (22 ธันวาคม 2553)
						<p>
						เมื่อวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2553 ที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติให้ยกเลิกการประกาศใช้พระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2548 (พ.ร.ก. ฉุกเฉินฯ)
						ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล (นนทบุรี ปทุมธานี และสมุทรปราการ) โดยให้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 ธันวาคม 2553 เป็นต้นไป 
						และให้บังคับใช้พระราชบัญญัติการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร พ.ศ. 2551 แทน

						<b>Aufhebung der Notverordnung in Bangkok und Nachbarprovinzen (22. Dezember 2011)</b>
						<p>
						Das Kabinett hat in seiner Sitzung am 21. Dezember 2010 beschlossen, die Notverordnung 
						(Emergency Decree) in Bangkok und Nachbarprovinzen Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani und Samut Prakan aufzuheben.
						Diese Aufhebung tritt am 22. Dezember 2011 in Kraft. An der Stelle der aufgehobenen Notverordnung findet 
						das Internal Security Act B.E. 2551 (2008) [Gesetz zur Wahrung der inneren Sicherheit 2008] Anwendung.

						จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และจังหวัดอุดรธานี</b> (30 กันยายน 2553)

						ตามที่คณะรัฐมนตรีได้มีมติเห็นชอบให้ยกเลิกพระราชกำหนดบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินใน 5 จังหวัด 
						คือ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ นครปฐม น่าน นครสวรรค์ และศรีสะเกษ เมื่อวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2553 นั้น
						บัดนี้ รัฐบาลได้มีประกาศลงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2553 ให้ยกเลิกการประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินที่มีความร้ายแรงในเขตท้องที่จังหวัดขอนแก่น
						จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และจังหวัดอุดรธานี

						<b>Aufhebung des Ausnahmezustands in drei weiteren Provinzen</b> (30. September 2010)
						<p>
						Zur Aufhebung der Notverordnung in 5 Provinzen (Kalasin, Nakhon Pathom, Nan, Nakhon Sawan und Si Sa Ket) durch das Kabinett 
						am 06. Juli 2010 wurde mit der Bekanntmachung der Regierung am 30. September 2010 der Ausnahmezustand in diesen drei Provinzen aufgehoben: 
						Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima und Udon Thani.

						<b>การยกเลิกพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินใน 5 จังหวัด</b> (6 กรกฎาคม 2553)
		
						<p>
						เมื่อวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2553 คณะรัฐมนตรีได้มีมติเห็นชอบให้ยกเลิกพระราชกำหนดบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินใน 5 จังหวัด 
						คือ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ นครปฐม น่าน นครสวรรค์ และศรีสะเกษ เนื่องจากเห็นว่าสถานการณ์ได้คลี่คลายลงในระดับหนึ่งแล้ว 
						และหากเกิดสถานการณ์ความรุนแรงก็สามารถประกาศใช้ใหม่ได้ ส่วนในกรุงเทพฯ และอีก 18 จังหวัด (นนทบุรี สมุทรปราการ ปทุมธานี
						อยุธยา ชลบุรี เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ลำปาง ขอนแก่น อุดรธานี ชัยภูมิ นครราชสีมา อุบลราชธานี มหาสารคาม ร้อยเอ็ด หนองบัวลำภู
						สกลนคร และมุกดาหาร) ให้คงพระราชกำหนดบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินต่ออีกเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน

						<b>Notverordnung in 5 Provinzen aufgehoben</b>
						</p>

						Das Kabinett hat am 06. Juli 2010 beschlossen, die Notverordnung (Emergency Decree) in f&uuml;nf Provinzen aufzuheben:
						Kalasin, Nakhon Pathom, Nan, Nakhon Sawan und Si Sa Ket. Der Grund dieser Aufbehung ist, dass sich Situation in diesen 
						Provinzen normalisiert hat. Falls es dort wieder zu Unruhen kommen sollte, könnte die Notverordnung wieder erlassen werden.
						</p>
						<p>In Bangkok sowie in weiteren 18 Provinzen (Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Chon Buri, Chiang Mai, 
						Chiang Rai, Lampang, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Nong Bua Lamphu,
						Sakon Nakhon und Mukdahan) wird die Notverordnung um drei Monate verl&auml;ngert.
