						<p>เมื่อวันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2554 ระหว่าง เวลา 16.00-18.00 น. นายฤทธิชัย ทับสุวรรณ กงสุล เป็นผู้แทนสถานกงสุลใหญ่ 
						ณ นครแฟรงก์เฟิร์ตมอบรางวัลการเรียนและการสอบภาษาไทยดีเด่น จำนวน 1,000 ยูโร เพื่อเป็นทุนการศึกษาแก่ 
						นายดาเนียล เคราส์เซอ (Daniel Krausse) นักศึกษาวิชาภาษาไทย ภาควิชาเอเชียอาคเนย์ศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย Johann Wolfgang Goethe 
						นครแฟรงก์เฟิร์ต ซึ่งมีผลการสอบดีเยี่ยมและได้ทำรายงาน เรื่อง "ศาสนาพุทธในประเทศไทย" โดยผลการประเมินรายงานอยู่ในขั้นดีเยี่ยมเช่นกัน 
						โดยในปีนี้นับเป็นปีที่สองที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาให้แก่นักศึกษาต่างชาติของภาควิชาเอเชียอาคเนย์ศึกษาฯ ที่มีผลการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทยดีเยี่ยม  </p>

						หลังจากนั้น ได้เข้าฟังการบรรยาย หัวข้อ "เครื่องราชย์อิสริยาภรณ์ไทย และความสัมพันธ์ไทย-เยอรมนี ในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว
						ค.ศ. 1868-1910" (Orden, Zeromoniell und die deutsch-thalilaendischen Beziehungen in der Regierungszeit Chulalongkorns (1868-1910)) 
						บรรยายโดย ดร.สุพจน์ มานะลัภนเจริญ (Dr. Supot Manalapanacharoen) จาก Fernuniversit&auml;t Hagen  โดยทุกๆ ปี  ภาควิชาเอเชียอาคเนย์ศึกษาฯ ซึ่งเป็นสมาชิกของ 
						"ศูนย์รวมและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้วิทยาการทุกสาขาอันเกี่ยวกับเอเชียตะวันออกศึกษา" (Das interdisziplin&auml;re Zentrum f&uuml;r Ostasienstudien) 
						หรือ  IZO ได้เชิญศาสตราจารย์หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญสาขาต่างๆ ทั้งจากเยอรมนีและจากต่างประเทศมาบรรยายเชิงวิชาการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาเยอรมันในหัวข้อต่างๆ 
						ด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ภูมิศาสตร์ ศาสนา สังคมและวัฒนธรรม การศึกษา เศรษฐกิจ 
						และการเมืองของไทย และภูมิภาคเอเชียอาคเนย์ โดยเฉพาะหัวข้อที่กำลังเป็นที่สนใจในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ โดยเปิดให้นักศึกษาและบุคคลภายนอก 
						อาทิ นักวิชาการ นักลงทุน นักท่องเที่ยวหรือผู้ที่สนใจประเทศไทยเป็นส่วนตัว ตลอดจนคนไทยเข้าร่วมฟังการบรรยายและตอบซักถามเป็นประจำ

						Der Konsul Rittichai Tubsuwan, vertretend das K&ouml;niglich Thail&auml;ndische Generalkonsulat in Frankfurt am Main,
						&uuml;berreichte am 08. November 2011 ein Stipendium in H&ouml;he von 1,000 EURO an Herrn Daniel Krausse,
						einen Studenten der Fachrichtung S&uuml;dostasienwissenschaften, Institut f&uuml;r Orientalische und Ostasiatische Philologien, 
						Goethe-Universit&auml;t Frankfurt am Main, als Anerkennung seiner exzellenten Leistung in Thaikenntnisse.
