		Entsprechend dem thail&auml;ndischen Namensgesetz vom Jahr 2005, 3. Ausgabe,  
		Art. 13, m&uuml;ssen thail&auml;ndische Staatsb&uuml;rgerinnen nach der Scheidung den 
		M&auml;dchennamen wieder annehmen, falls sie nach der Heirat den Namen des Ehemannes
		als Ehenamen angenommen haben.

	   <b>Registrierung der Scheidung und Namens&auml;nderung im Hausregister in Thailand</b>
	     
	 </p>

		<li>Das rechtskr&auml;ftige Scheidungsurteil muss vorher vom zust&auml;ndigen Landgericht beglaubigt werden.
		<p></p>
		<li>
		&Uuml;bersetzung des rechtskr&auml;ftigen und vom zust&auml;ndigen beglaubigten Scheidungsurteils von einem <a href="http://www.thaigeneralkonsulat.de/de/translator/index.html">
		bevollm&auml;chtigten &Uuml;bersetzer</a> ins Thail&auml;ndische 
		(Geben Sie dem &Uuml;bersetzer eine Kopie Ihres Hausregisters oder Ihres Personalausweisses, damit der &Uuml;bersetzer 
		Ihren Namen richtig in Thai &uuml;bertragen kann.)
		</li>

                   Das Scheidungsurteil und die &Uuml;bersetzung m&uuml;ssen beim thail&auml;ndischen Generalkonsulat in Frankfurt/M 
		beglaubigt werden. Die Geb&uuml;hr hierf&uuml;r betr&auml;gt 30,- Euro (in Bar).

		Die vom Generalkonsulat beglaubigten Dokumente (aus Schritt 2) m&uuml;ssen bei:

		   sowie zur &Auml;nderung des Nachnamens im Hausregister.

                      Anhand des ge&auml;nderten Hausregisters k&ouml;nnen Sie bei der zust&auml;ndigen Heimatbeh&ouml;rde 
	            einen neuen Personalausweis beantragen. Dieser Antrag ist <b>pers&ouml;nlich</b> zu stellen.
