						<b>Namens&auml;nderung nach der Heirat im Hausregister in Thailand</b>
						

<p>
		Thail&auml;ndische Staatsb&uuml;rgerInnen m&uuml;ssen ihre in Deutschland geschlossene Ehe in Thailand anzeigen, 
		wobei der Familienstand und/oder der Nachname ge&auml;ndert werden.
	               </p>
	            
		
	        <p>
		
	            Gemeint sind die &Auml;nderung des Familienstandes von "miss" zu "mrs." und die &Auml;nderung des Nachnamens. Die beiden &Auml;nderungen
	              k&ouml;nnen durch Vorlage der deutschen Heiratsurkunde bzw. des Auszuges aus dem Heiratseintrag, die/der bereits von der zust&auml;ndigen
                        deutschen Beh&ouml;rde legasiliert worden ist (s. dazu <a href="../consular/legalisierung.html" class="sublink1">
	           <span class="sublink1">"Legalisierung deutscher Urkunden"</span></a>), vorgenommen werden.	      
	        </p>
	      <p>
		 <b><u>Bitte beachten Sie</u></b>, dass die folgenden Dokumente <b>nicht akzeptiert </b>werden:

		  <li>Familienbuch oder eine Abschrift aus dem Familienbuch und
                     <li>Bescheinigung &uuml;ber die Eheschlie&szlig;ung

		  Im Falle einer d&auml;nischen Heiratsurkunde muss sie vom Au&szlig;enministerium von D&auml;nemark 
		  und abschlie&szlig;end von der Thail&auml;ndischen Botschaft in Kopenhagen legalisiert werden.

	       <b>Registrierung der Ehe sowie &Auml;nderung des Familienstandes und des Nachnamens 
		im Hausregister in Thailand</b>
	     
	 </p>

		&Uuml;bersetzung der legalisierten Heiratsurkunde von einem <a href="http://www.thaigeneralkonsulat.de/de/translator/index.html">vereidigten &Uuml;bersetzer</a> ins Thail&auml;ndische 
		(Geben Sie dem &Uuml;bersetzer eine Kopie Ihres Hausregisters oder Ihres Personalausweisses, damit der &Uuml;bersetzer 
		Ihren Namen richtig in Thai &uuml;bertragen kann.)
		<p></p>
		<li>
                   Die Heiratsurkunde und die &Uuml;bersetzung m&uuml;ssen beim thail&auml;ndischen Generalkonsulat in Frankfurt/M 
		   beglaubigt werden. Die Geb&uuml;hr hierf&uuml;r betr&auml;gt 30,- Euro (in Bar). 
		<p></p>
		<li>
		Die vom Generalkonsulat beglaubigten Dokumente (aus Schritt 2) m&uuml;ssen bei:
		   <p>

                   Die endbeglaubigten Dokumente (aus Schritt 3) k&ouml;nnen anschlie&szlig;end bei der zust&auml;ndigen 
		   Heimatbeh&ouml;rde in Thailand vorgelegt werden: zur Registrierung der in Deutschland geschlossenen Ehe 
		   sowie zur &Auml;nderung des Familienstandes und &Auml;nderung des Nachnamens im Hausregister.

	<b>Bitte beachten Sie</b>, dass - falls die Ehefrau nach der Heirat den Namen des Ehemannes annimmt - 
	f&uuml;r die &Auml;nderung des Nachnamens die Zustimmung des Ehemannes (Einverst&auml;ndniserkl&auml;rung)
	ben&ouml;tigt wird. Der Vordruck der Einverst&auml;ndniserkl&auml;rung ist beim Generalkonsulat erh&auml;ltlich.  
	Sowohl die Ehefrau als auch der Ehemann m&uuml;ssen beim Generalkonsulat pers&ouml;nlich erscheinen, um die
	Unterschrift in der Einverst&auml;ndniserkl&auml;rung zu leisten. Die Bearbeitungsgeb&uuml;hr hierf&uuml;r betr&auml;gt <b>15,- Euro</b>.

                      Anhand des ge&auml;nderten Hausregisters k&ouml;nnen Sie bei der zust&auml;ndigen Heimatbeh&ouml;rde
	            einen neuen Personalausweis beantragen. Dieser Antrag ist <b>pers&ouml;nlich</b> zu stellen.
	      </p>

<b>Anmerkungen</b> 
</p>
<p>
Normalerweise ist die Namens&auml;nderung innerhalb von 90 Tagen nach der Eheschlie&szlig;ung 
im thail&auml;ndischen Hausregister vorzunehmen. Eine versp&auml;tete Namens&auml;nderung ist jedoch m&ouml;glich. 
F&uuml;r Thail&auml;nderinnen, die in Deutschland geheiratet und den Namen des Ehemannes als Ehenamen  annehmen, kann die Namens&auml;nderung
anhand einer Vollmacht, falls sie aus pers&ouml;nlichen Gr&uuml;nden nicht nach Thailand fliegen k&ouml;nnen,
durchgef&uuml;hrt werden (s. dazu <a href="../../de/consular/vollmacht.html"> "Vollmachtserteilung"</a>).
</p>
<p>
Die Namens&auml;nderung im thail&auml;ndischen Hausregister ist sehr wichtig, zum Beispiel f&uuml;r den Antrag auf einen elektronischen Reisepass (E-Pass). 
Ist der Name der Frau noch nicht ge&auml;ndert, wird der E-Pass auf den M&auml;dchennamen bzw. auf den zum Zeitpunkt der Ausstellung 
beim Zentralregisteramt registrierten Namen ausgestellt. <!--Die Namens&auml;nderung im Reisepass in herk&ouml;mmlicher Form ist nur vor&uuml;bergehend
